In December of 2006, Montgomery County acquired One Montgomery Plaza, which is a ten story office building located in the heart of Norristown opposite the County Court House on Swede Street. Currently, there is approximately 63,000 square feet of office space available in the building. As county departments relocate to One Montgomery Plaza, the Public Property Department will renovate and outfit the new office areas. The process will commence early 2007.
