Montgomery County Tactical Response Training Center
The Tactical Response Training Center, located on the grounds of the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Campus, will provide training and mandatory firearm qualifications to nearly 2,000 law enforcement officers throughout the county. Law enforcement officers and other first responders will also be able to train for a barricaded person, officer down, hostage rescue or weapons of mass destruction incidents. The 24,300 square foot building will house 15 50-yard pistol and 5 100-yard rifle lanes.
The project is currently under construction. Piles have been driven for the foundation. The next step will be pouring the gradebeams.
